Optima Assurance Group

Business consulting, compliance & ISO certification

Compliance that earns its keep. Not a parallel universe of paperwork.

We help organizations build practical, scalable management systems that simplify compliance, improve operational performance, and support long-term growth — and we prepare you for certification and regulatory audits that pass.

Standards we work to

  • ISO 9001
  • ISO 14001
  • ISO 45001
  • ISO 22000
  • ISO 50001

What we do

Four engagements that cover the full certification lifecycle.

Each is scoped to a defined outcome and a defined end date. Most organizations start with a gap analysis and continue through to certification.

Gap analysis & system design

A clause-by-clause read of your current processes against the standard, scored by risk and effort — so you know exactly what a certification body will find before they arrive.

  • Clause-by-clause conformity map
  • Prioritised remediation plan
  • Documentation structure that fits how you work

Internal audits

Independent internal audit programmes that satisfy the clause requirement and actually surface the findings your team can't see from the inside.

  • Annual audit schedule design
  • On-site and remote execution
  • Corrective-action-ready findings

Training & internal auditor development

Courses and workshops that leave the capability inside your organization rather than on a consultant's invoice — internal auditing, risk management and total quality management.

  • QMS internal auditor training
  • Risk management and TQM workshops
  • Tailored courses built around your processes

Certification support

End-to-end accompaniment through Stage 1 and Stage 2, including registrar selection and liaison, auditor interviews, and closing non-conformities inside the window.

  • Registrar selection & liaison
  • Stage 1 / Stage 2 preparation
  • Non-conformity closure support

How we work

Three convictions that shape every engagement.

They are opinionated on purpose. If they don't match how you want compliance handled, we are probably the wrong firm.

Principle 01

Practical systems over bureaucracy

A management system should make the work faster, not add a parallel universe of paperwork. We design the lightest system that still passes.

Principle 02

Capability you keep

The goal is an organization that can run its own audits and management reviews. We train your people rather than making you dependent on us.

Principle 03

Compliance as advantage

Done properly, a management system reduces risk and improves operational performance. Certification is the by-product, not the point.

Next step

Find out what an auditor would find — before they do.

A 30-minute call: your current standard, your target certification date, and an honest read on the gap between them. No deck, no obligation.
